SHIPPING
I currently only offer shipping within the continental U.S. & Puerto Rico.
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays (if I'm able to ship earlier I will) but please adhere to this timeline as the standard:
Shipping fees are calculated by package weight, size and distance (I ship from Tacoma, WA). Shipping can cost anywhere between $5 and $20.
I offer FREE shipping (dropoff) for Tacoma residents with the code 253FREE. The delivery address must be in Tacoma, WA to qualify for free delivery. Free dropoff deliveries will still be dropped off on Mondays/Thursdays. This is me dropping off your order for you, if you prefer your order delivered by USPS please order as usual. If you use this code and your delivery is outside of Tacoma, your order will be cancelled.
I ship with USPS Ground Advantage & Priority Mail depending on the order size.
If you need an item to arrive quickly, you can choose Expedited Shipping. Due to the high cost of that service, expect to pay anywhere from $20-$45, depending on order size and delivery location. Expedited orders must be completed by 5pm (PST) to receive next day shipping.
All packages are insured up to $100 through USPS, and are provided a tracking number.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
RETURNS
I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read listings carefully and look through the photos. Items are described to the best of my ability, I do my best to inspect all items thoroughly and point our flaws in the photos and item descriptioins. Please remember you are purchasing a secondhand or vintage item, most of these items have been worn before and some may even be older than you (with plently of life left to live of course!). If you believe I missed a major flaw, please reach out to me so we can discuss!
